These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Augurium property management platform and related services ("Services") provided by Augurium, Inc. ("Augurium," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Augurium provides building management services to residential properties, including:
- Package tracking and delivery notifications
- Maintenance request submission and status updates
- Amenity reservation management
- Building announcements and event information
- Lobby display and digital signage
Services are provided to residents of participating buildings through arrangements with building management.
Resident Portal
Access to certain features requires registration through the resident portal using your building access code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
SMS/Text Message Terms
By opting in to SMS notifications from Augurium, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provide regarding building services including package deliveries, maintenance updates, amenity reservations, and building announcements.
- Message frequency varies based on building activity. Typically 1–5 messages per week. You may receive more during periods of high activity (e.g., holiday package season).
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
- Opt back in: Reply START or YES to resume receiving messages, or re-enable SMS in the resident portal.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at info@auguriumusa.com.
- SMS is provided as a convenience. Augurium is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network conditions, or device settings.
- Compatible carriers include all major US carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use another resident's access credentials.
- Submit false or misleading maintenance requests or other reports.
- Attempt to access units, data, or building systems that are not your own.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
Intellectual Property
The Augurium platform, software, design, and content are owned by Augurium, Inc.. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Augurium provides Services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Augurium is not liable for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages (package tracking is informational only).
- Delayed notifications due to technical issues.
- Actions or inactions of building staff or management.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the resident portal or building management. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
