- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your preferences in the resident portal.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- Your phone number is used solely for building-related notifications from Augurium on behalf of your building management.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Building management: Your building's management company and staff have access to information necessary to provide building services (e.g., package records, maintenance requests).
- Service providers: We use third-party services to deliver notifications (Postmark for email, Twilio for SMS). These providers process data solely on our behalf under contractual obligations.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls limited to authorized building staff.

We retain your personal information for as long as you are a resident of a building served by Augurium, or as needed to provide services.
