One system for your front desk, your super and porters, your manager, your board and your residents — packages, visitors, keys, maintenance, amenities and more. When something happens, everyone who needs to know, knows.
Founded 2025.
Augurium Concierge covers everything your front desk staff actually uses — and leaves out the back-office features you're already paying your management company to handle. Every installation is configured specifically for your building.
The phone reads the label. The resident is notified.
The doorman, using our app, points his phone at the label, and apartment, resident, carrier and tracking number fill themselves in and are checked against your roster. Most packages entered by hand don’t include every piece of information, so the audit trail isn’t complete. A scanned package includes everything on the label.
A complete record of everyone who enters your building.
Every visitor logged in — with a signature and photo, if you want. Every incident documented by type, attributed to your staff, and timestamped. A searchable audit trail — always complete, never anonymous.
A dedicated Briefing screen gives every incoming doorman the full picture at shift change — open incidents, handoff notes, and anything that needs to carry forward. The shift handoff, solved.
Every key tracked — and handed only to people the resident chose.
Residents keep their own list of who may take their key, and when — the dog walker on weekday mornings, the cleaner on Thursdays. The desk hands a key only to someone on that list. Every hand-over can be photographed but must be signed for, and the resident is told the key went out.
If a key isn’t back when it should be, the resident hears about it. A contractor after hours needs the Super’s approval first.
Everything a resident needs from the building, on their phone.
Every resident gets their own account — on the Augurium app for iPhone and Android, or any web browser. They see what’s waiting at the desk, tell the desk who’s coming, choose who may take their key, send in a maintenance request with a photo, book the grill or the party room, and read building notices — without calling down to the desk.
They choose how they hear from the building, and when. Fewer calls to the desk, and residents who feel looked after.
What’s happening, where everyone sees it.
The optional lobby screen shows packages waiting, building announcements, the week’s events, the weather and the next trains and buses — updated on its own, around the clock. It runs off the same calendar residents see on their phones: building events, the exterminator, amenity closures, and neighborhood events worth knowing about.
Guests waved through — no call down, no surprises.
Residents pre-authorize a guest, contractor, or delivery from their phone. The front desk sees it automatically and waves them through — no call down, and no one reaching a door unannounced.
Email the right residents in minutes, from any device.
Filter by floor, line, or contact type. Rich text with file attachments. Full delivery tracking per recipient. Send as the building's official account or your own name with a personal reply-to.
Residents submit. Staff tracks. Nothing falls through.
Residents submit from their resident portal on any device, attaching a photo so the super knows exactly what they're walking into. Staff tracks every request from open through in-progress to resolved, with full timestamps and history.
No more paper sign-up sheets.
Grill, party room, roof deck — configurable per building and per amenity. Set slot lengths, open hours, and max concurrent reservations. Automatic conflict detection.
A phone-first companion for porters and supers.
Log an incident, work daily task checklists, read the building briefing, look up any unit, and track maintenance jobs with completion photos — all from a phone, out on the floor.
The knowledge that walks out when a 20-year doorman retires — preserved.
Per-unit notes visible to every staff member on every shift. "Do not disturb after 9 PM." "Cleaning every other Thursday." A new doorman on day one has the same building knowledge as the veteran he replaced.
The right documents, to the right staff, always accessible.
House rules, emergency procedures, board minutes, insurance, and more — organized by category and accessible to staff based on their role. Managers upload, doormen read.
The numbers, without anyone running them.
Automated weekly and monthly reports — packages, maintenance, amenities, staff activity — delivered to managers on their own schedule. No spreadsheets, no manual tallying.
Built for condo and co-op boards, not just the front desk.
A dedicated board portal with its own calendar and document access. Contract-renewal alerts fire well ahead of every deadline — 90, 60, and 30 days out — so a service agreement never lapses unnoticed.
Thank the staff, straight from your phone.
Residents see who works in the building and tip them directly with Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal — and the board can run the holiday gift the same way. No fees, and nothing passes through us.
Your front desk keeps working when the internet doesn't.
Each building runs on local hardware, so package logging, sign-ins, and the briefing keep going through an internet outage — then sync automatically when the connection returns. Not a cloud app that goes dark with your Wi-Fi.
Every installation is configured specifically for your building — features, categories, amenities, and content tailored to how your building actually operates. Tailored to your building, not the other way around.
Email us your announcement, your event, your timing change. We handle everything else. Your content stays current without any effort from your staff.
No ticket queue. You reach the people who built it.
We train your staff ourselves — up to three hours at your desk, on the shifts your doormen actually work. Then a short how-to email each week for staff and residents, and a one-page sheet by the screen for every job.
24/7 automated system monitoring with alerts within minutes of any issue — plus nightly off-site encrypted backups. Your buildings stay online; your records stay safe.
All hardware owned and managed by Augurium. Nothing to procure, configure, or maintain on your end.
"Every building works directly with our founders — no account managers, no ticket queues. We are expanding the team as we grow, but the relationship stays personal."
Every installation is configured specifically for how your building operates. Features, categories, amenity rules, notification preferences — all set up for you before day one.
One price covers everything. Your bill doesn't grow as we add features.
Plus a one-time install: $750 for the first lobby, $500 for each one after — the visit, the setup, your roster loaded, and up to three hours of staff training at your desk. The lobby display is included; no TV in the lobby? We can lease you one.
Cancel with 30 days’ notice — everything unused is refunded.

I am the board president of a Fifth Avenue condominium. We were on one of the legacy platforms, and it was not the software the doormen needed — it was the software they put up with.
So we built what they wanted for my own lobby: something the doormen would actually want to use, that keeps working when the internet goes down, and that does not charge extra for every part of the job. We switched our own building over in May 2026 and it has run there ever since.
That is the whole story, and it is the reason for the way we work. You deal with the people who built it. When something needs fixing, it gets fixed — because it is running in our building too.
We'll walk you through the system, show you exactly what it looks like in a live building, and answer every question you have.
